Dacapo DB2801GT Building Station
The Dacapo DB2801GT Building Station is a stand-alone strip wind building station
built on the base of a 2801GT Versa Builder, and can be interfaced to any extruder.
A roller die unit is fitted to the extruder front. The machine can handle tyres
up to 24 inch wide and 66 inch tread diameter.
▪ The optional Camera system prevents building on an out-of-size casing and automatically
adjusts the building program to compensate for variations in casing
size. This minimizes the number of rejects after building. The vision system Measures
and stores tyre building data for later analysis and production traceability
▪ The builder can be supplied on its own, or with NRM 90mm plasti-screw extruder,
or Troester 120-150mm pin barrel extruder.
▪ A 4 – zone temperature control system with or without water chiller can also
be supplied
